Colorly ("we," "our," or "us") is an independent, non-commercial web game created by Mark Rosenberg and Jaiden Naidoo. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your data when you play or create an account on Colorly.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how players use the site and improve the experience.

How We Use the Data

Data Retention & Protection

Gameplay and account data are stored securely using encryption and password hashing.
Analytics data is retained by Google under its own retention policy (typically 2-14 months).
Only authorized administrators (Mark Rosenberg and Jaiden Naidoo) have access to Colorly's databases.

Children's Privacy

Colorly is designed for a general audience but not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
